If you are having trouble opening up word documents, the following instructions will provide you with an option of opening a word document as a pdf file:
Download Open Office - a free Microsoft Office compatible program. Open .doc files with the writer. Here sttudent can also create files which can be opened at school that are not word documents (Works!)
